Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Order Fulfillment/Stock Associate to manage the lifecycle of customer orders from receipt to pickup or shipment. You will locate and pick merchandise, pack orders, process pickups and shipments, and resolve issues with a hospitality mindset reflective of the LOFT brand.

You will help maintain organized stock, assist with replenishment, and support store operations. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a typical 15–32 hour workweek and hourly pay of

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick merchandise for customer orders, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected.
• Prepare, pack, and label customer orders for pickup or shipment according to company standards.
• Process customer pickup orders and provide a seamless, welcoming experience.
• Process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are prepared within established timelines.
• Monitor order queues and prioritize fulfillment based on customer needs and service expectations.
• Maintain accuracy throughout the fulfillment process, including product selection, quantities, pricing, and order details.
• Identify and resolve order issues, including missing or unavailable merchandise, and escalate to store leaders when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment area to support timely order processing.
• Assist with product replenishment and merchandise organization as needed to support fulfillment and store operations.
• Greet customers and respond to questions while maintaining a hospitality mindset.
• Uphold the highest operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
