Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Order Fulfillment/Stock Associate to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders for pickup or shipment. You will locate, pick, package, and label merchandise while maintaining an organized fulfilment area and supporting product movement within the store.

You will bring a hospitality mindset to interactions with customers, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with store leaders to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick merchandise for customer orders and ensure correct products and quantities.
• Prepare, pack, and label orders for pickup or shipment.
• Process customer pickup orders and provide a seamless, welcoming experience.
• Process outgoing shipments accurately within established timelines.
• Monitor order queues and prioritise fulfilment based on needs.
