RPh on the Go is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist to join a growing specialty pharmacy team near West Chester, PA. This 13-week contract role offers a clear path to permanent hire, making it an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

Overview:
In this role, you ll be a key player in the medication fulfillment process ensuring prescriptions are prepared safely, accurately, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. Whether you're an experienced fulfillment pharmacist or a recent graduate eager to learn, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy fulfillment operations and personnel during assigned shifts.

• Assist with packaging and shipping of prescription orders when needed.

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and in accordance with prescriber and patient requirements.

• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and ensure proper technique, preparation, and documentation.

• Review patient demographics and medication histories to support optimal care.

• Develop and monitor patient care and therapeutic plans.

• Provide drug therapy consultations and counsel patients on medications and supplements.

Shift Options:

• Monday Friday:

  • 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

  • 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

• Rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Qualifications:

• Active PA Pharmacist license

• Recent retail pharmacy experience

• New graduates welcome to apply

• Experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding is a plus
