Job summary

Heale Manufacturing Co., LLC is seeking an organized Fulfillment Associate (Picker) to support production by accurately picking component parts from warehouse shelves. The role may extend to Shipping & Receiving tasks as needed and includes inventory control responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. Bilingual English-Spanish is preferred, and teamwork is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse or picking experience (an advantage).
• Ability to lift heavy items (often up to 25–50 lbs.).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual English-Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Pick and collect items from warehouse inventory according to job traveler.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product quality.
• Label and prepare orders for production.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate computer and work with the MRP system.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisor.
• Participate in safety requirements and quality processes.
• Unloading trucks and placing material in the proper location.
