Job summary

Dempsey Uniform is seeking a Picking and Packing Associate to support accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. You will pick and pack inventory per order specifications, maintain stock levels, and assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks to support daily operations.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM, with overtime possible. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious, with dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 pounds as required.
• Demonstrated history of reliable attendance and performance in a work or school setting.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Assist with inventory organization and control to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris, properly disposing of waste and trash.
• Perform all duties safely and responsibly, following OSHA standards, company policies, and established procedures.
• Promptly report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or practices to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations.
