Job summary

Gentell is seeking a dedicated Pick and Pack Associate to efficiently fulfill daily orders for wound care products. You will assemble boxes, verify items, and prepare shipments using our software, with forklift duties possible if trained.

This full-time on-site role suits team players who value accuracy and pace in a growing company. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, maintain tidy work areas, support inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in picking and packing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse range of people.
• Proficient with using tools required for this position.
• Physically agile and dexterous.
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Ability to meet specifics of customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with shipping software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and bundle products.
• Pull and pack products for daily orders.
• Verify quantity and item codes before shipment.
• Generate shipping labels and ensure correct information is attached.
• Move completed orders to shipping area and store materials properly.
• Operate forklift to load/unload trucks if trained.
• Maintain an organized, clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Assist with replenishing stock and taking inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
