Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent priority and time management skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Zendesk knowledge is a plus.
• Adaptable and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and initiate reordering as necessary to prevent stock-outs.
• Packaging and Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Product Inspection: Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging and address any issues proactively.
• Order Tracking and Updates: Monitor and update order status in the system and resolve any order-related inquiries or issues.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams such as customer service, warehouse, and procurement to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance order fulfillment operations, streamline processes, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations related to order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
