Job summary

Lowe's Maplewood store is seeking a fulfillment associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will deliver service by guiding customers, answering questions, and directing them to the right associates when needed.

You will operate powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) and maintain safety certifications while supporting inventory accuracy and routine store tasks. A customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience required.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers and connecting them with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety rules.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, address short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and safety reporting.
• Maintain a customer-first approach with strong communication and teamwork.
• May take on additional duties to support the business.
