Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
