Lowe’s in Waipahu, Hawaii is hiring for an associate focused on order fulfillment and customer service. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time while maintaining clean, safe staging areas.

You’ll validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates when needed. Responsibilities include operating powered equipment with required certification, supporting inventory accuracy, and reporting safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and validating orders.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
