Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer in a work setting.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment per safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks (audits, order follow-ups, locker management).
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
