Job summary

Lowe's in Longmont, CO is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed. You will keep staging areas clean and safe while delivering excellent service and guiding customers to the right associates.

You will operate powered equipment certification (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow safety requirements, support inventory accuracy, and perform administrative tasks, audits, and follow-ups to maintain readiness and

Qualifications

6 months of experience using a computer or inputting information.
6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required).

Responsibilities

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
May be assigned other duties to support the business.
