Qualifications

• 6–12 months of fulfillment, warehouse, or similar experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, scanners, shipping systems).
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for instructions and safety.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow picking and packing procedures to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Verify order accuracy using shipping software, iPads, scanners, and computers.
• Package orders with appropriate materials (boxes, poly mailers).
• Generate and apply shipping labels using the designated system.
• Sort packages by carrier and shipping method.
• Process returned inventory and bin items correctly.
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity while maintaining accuracy and quality.
