Target is seeking a Fulfillment Expert in Pittsburgh to support guests by handling order pickups, drive-ups, and shipments with precision and care. You will greet guests, assist with their needs, and ensure orders are prepared accurately while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires a welcoming attitude, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions immediately.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to improve their experience.
• Engage with guests in a welcoming manner to solve their needs.
• Assist with order pickup, drive up and ship-to-home for digital orders.
• Accurately hold all order pickup and Drive Up orders.
• Prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment with correct materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety guidelines.
