Job summary

Thrive Market in Sparks, NV is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to ensure accurate, timely order processing in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime during peak periods.

You will rotate across departments, use handheld scanners, and perform stow, pick, pack, and load/unload duties while upholding safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with competitive hourly pay. Shifts include multiple schedules to cover days and nights.

Qualifications

• Prior logistics/fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; bend, reach, twist, squat as needed.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using handheld scanners.

About the Role

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll help ensure accurate, timely order processing while maintaining strong quality and safety standards. You may rotate across departments as business needs change.

Pay Rate

$18-$19/hour

Available Shift Times

• Shift 1 (Days): Sun-Wed 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
• Shift 2 (Days): Thu-Sat 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Shift 3 (Nights): Sun-Tue 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Shift 4 (Nights): Wed-Sat 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Key Responsibilities
