Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, maintaining clean, organized staging areas.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
