Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience using common retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification required (must be obtained if not already certified)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months of retail experience preferred
• 6 months in customer service or product fulfillment at home improvement retailer preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and directing to the right associates
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety rules
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns
• Maintain customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs
