Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking an Order Picker for the 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm, Monday–Friday) in Warminster, PA. The role supports the Shipping department by selecting finished goods, staging for packaging, and updating ERP with order notes. Attention to quality documents and safe handling are essential.

Responsibilities include reading and analyzing orders, acknowledging issues with fulfillment, and continuing to perform duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Up to $24/hour with 1st shift timing.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret quality documents.
• Able to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions.
• Able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Employee must regularly lift and move up to 50lbs.
• Employee must occasionally lift and move up to 100lbs.
• Able to tolerate long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze the order to be fulfilled.
• Select finished goods as noted on each sales order and stage for packaging.
• Mark the order as complete and update order notes in ERP.
• Inform the Supervisor or Team Lead when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.
