Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Waller, TX is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist to handle daily deliveries, replenishment of vending equipment, and management of our inventory programs at the 41212 Park 290 Dr branch.

You will service customer sites with a company vehicle, assist with orders, and maintain equipment while upholding Fastenal's values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork. Shifts are Mon–Fri, 7:00am–5:00pm, 10–28 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a current valid driver''s license and meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
• Work independently and in a team environment.

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs.

OVERVIEW:

From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 41212 Park 290 Dr, Waller, TX 77484.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
