Job summary

Clear Point Consultants is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing, technology-driven insurance team in the United States. You will work with warm, high-intent leads where a savings opportunity has already been identified and focus on connecting with customers, recommending coverage, and closing the sale.

You will manage your own pipeline from home, weather a fast-paced environment, and have the opportunity to earn significant commissions with uncapped upside.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance sales experience.
• 2–3+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience.
• Strong preference for independent agency, brokerage, or InsurTech experience.
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers.
• Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Work warm and inbound leads—no cold calling.
• Make outbound calls and follow up via phone, email, and SMS.
• Educate customers on personal lines insurance and coverage options.
• Close new business and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage your own pipeline and daily activity.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow all compliance requirements.

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you'll work with warm, high-intent customers where a savings opportunity has already been identified. Our technology handles much of the quoting and data-entry work, allowing you to focus on what matters most—connecting with customers, recommending the right coverage, and closing the sale.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced insurance salesperson who enjoys autonomy, a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to earn significant commission.

What You'll Do

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM local time. Tuesday–Saturday option available with an additional $5,000 in annual base compensation.
