Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist at our Murphy, NC store to deliver inventory solutions and manage vending programs.

You will perform deliveries, replenish equipment, and interact with customers, supporting branch operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a valid driver's license, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work up to 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to meet driving record requirements.

OVERVIEW

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 3090 W US HWY 64, Murphy, NC 28906.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
