  • Research and resolve root cause issues identified by Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalists.
  • Collaborate with carriers on requests related to member-level eligibility.
  • Maintain documentation according to established workflows and protocols.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the resolution lifecycle while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
