What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools
- Research and resolve root cause issues identified by Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalists
- Collaborate with carriers on requests related to member-level eligibility
- Maintain documentation according to established workflows and protocols
- Serve as the point of contact for the resolution lifecycle while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years' cumulative experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel, including V-lookups, Pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Current life and health insurance license preferred
