Job summary

Life is Good is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Hudson, NH, to oversee the replenishment team and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment. The role requires leadership in a distribution center, forklift/ pallet jack operation, and basic English communication.

You will train staff, troubleshoot issues, and support shipping and receiving duties in a new on-site facility. The position emphasizes safety, process discipline, and a positive work culture, with opportunities to contribute to the Playmaker

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership in a distribution center.
• Experience operating forklift, order picker, and electric pallet jack; valid driver’s license.
• Read and write basic English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the replenishment team to pull inventory from overstock, confirm into picking bins, and transfer to locations in real-time.
• Train team members on processes and equipment; communicate instructions clearly; monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot system transaction issues and robots to keep the operation moving smoothly.
• Break down empty boxes and perform end-of-shift housekeeping to maintain a clean workspace.
• Support shipping and assist in receiving trucks and shipments as directed.
• Perform fulfillment duties including picking/packing orders and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Weekend Shift 1, Saturday - Monday (3 12-hour shifts) 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Why This Job Exists

Customer orders ship on time when the warehouse is stocked accurately and the team executing that work knows what they’re doing and why it matters. This role exists to lead the replenishment team — communicating instructions clearly, training team members, keeping the work area safe, and jumping in on fulfillment duties when the operation needs it. What You Know and Have Done

• You have 1-2 years of leadership experience in a distribution center.
• You have experience operating heavy machinery including forklift, order picker, and electric pallet jack, and hold a current valid driver’s license.
• You can read and write basic English.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing and pulling are continuously required activities of this position. You have the ability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects up to 30-50 pounds frequently

What You’ll Do

• You lead the replenishment team to ensure inventory is pulled from overstock locations, confirmed into picking bins, and transferred to locations in real-time throughout the shift.
• You communicate instructions to team members, train them on processes and equipment, and monitor performance — taking corrective action when needed.
• You troubleshoot system transaction issues and robots as they arise, keeping the operation moving without unnecessary delays.
• You break down empty boxes in zones throughout the shift and perform end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities.
• You ensure a clean and safe work area at all times and follow all safety procedures.
• You support shipping and assist in receiving trucks and shipments as directed.
• You perform fulfillment duties as needed — picking and packing orders, putting away product, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
