Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to support daily store operations, including receiving, packing, order fulfillment, and stock movement with accuracy and speed.

You will greet customers on the selling floor, process new receipts, pick merchandise from floors and stock rooms, and ensure every package arrives in excellent condition through proper packing and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes customers while on the selling floor.
• Support and administer new receipt processing according to company standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from selling floor and stock rooms for all fulfillment types.
• Learn and apply packing policies to ensure every package arrives in excellent condition.
• Participate in the completion of all logistical initiatives including RTVs, CDTs, price changes, damages/salvages, job outs, etc.
• Embrace and be proficient with technology.
• Support store during big-day events.
