Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time, keeping areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for forklifts and order pickers and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and assist with short picks with leadership.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork to meet daily duties.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
