Foxconn Assembly, LLC seeks an administrative analyst to support Program Managers by coordinating and publishing cross-BU reports, updating systems and databases, and analyzing performance metrics for management review.

Based in Houston, you will publish Daily Build and Weekly Metrics reports, manage backlog analyses, track hold status, and help streamline reporting processes; early morning hours (5am–6am) are required to align with daily operations. Foxconn is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or Business.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and publish Daily Build Report and Weekly Metrics Reports for management review.
• Publish Backlog Analysis Reports for BUs.
• Lead time management by executing schedule pads, analyzing LT trends and distributing Pads reports.
• Track New Product Hold status and apply/release holds based on Marketing or PMs’ requests.
• Publish Build Linearity in sync with build plan status between customers and Foxconn.
• Initiate and improve current reporting process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
