Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Production Planner to support Program Managers by coordinating and publishing cross-BU reports, updating systems, and analyzing performance trends for management review.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in production planning or business analysis, with strong Excel and database skills, plus clear communication.

This role requires early morning hours to publish backlog and LT reports for daily operations in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or general Business Major.
• 2-4 years Production Planning. Business Analysis experience.
• Strong skills in Excel and database; strong communication and presentation skills; understanding of production planning and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and publish Daily Build Report and Weekly Metrics Reports for management review.
• Publish Backlog Analysis Reports for BUs.
• Lead time management by executing schedule pads in system, analyzing LT trends and distributing Pads reports.
• Hold management by tracking New Product Hold status and applying or releasing holds based on Marketing or PMs' requests.
• Publish Build Linearity in sync of build plan status between customers and Foxconn.
• Initiate and improve current reporting process
• Perform other duties as assigned
