Job summary

Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Fulfillment Picker to ensure 100% order accuracy for the shipping team. You will process food and formula orders, follow FIFO, and maintain organized storage across freezer and dry stock areas.

The role requires hands-on operation of conveyance equipment and scanners, with attention to GMP and safety policies. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in manufacturing and order-picking, English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1+ years picking orders.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Picking and verifying the accuracy of items ordered for all orders assigned.
• Follow FIFO picking rules.
• Receive, inspect, and store Brockton stock (Dry and cold) with FIFO.
• Organize freezer, dry foods, and formula racks; ensure SKUs are properly stored.
• Communicate with Quality when defects are observed.
• Load/unload trucks and wrap outbound pallets.
• Maintain logs for freezer temps and cleaning; keep warehouse orderly.
