Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Maine in Brunswick, ME is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I. Under a pharmacist’s supervision, you will fill prescriptions, label packaging, and ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers.

You will support inventory management, participate in training, and uphold compliance with state and federal regulations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, pharmacy tech certification, and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements).
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 1+ years of related experience; basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan, and assemble into appropriate bins.
• Alert pharmacist to any medication scanning issues.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply for orders.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and assisting with physical inventory.
• Maintain clean, orderly workstation and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
