Job summary

Mullaney’s Pharmacy & Home Healthcare, a Guardian family member in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I. Under a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions for delivery to customers on-site.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 12:00 pm–8:00 pm; Sat/Sun rotation, 9:00 am–4:00 pm. Pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, with a robust benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required per state requirements.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration; National Certification preferred (PTCB).

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication to complete orders.
• Maintain inventory, remove expired or unused meds, and keep stock neat and organized.
• Meet pharmacy’s established accuracy and productivity levels.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors to keep workflow smooth and efficient.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and replenish stock as needed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws pertaining to dispensing medications.
