The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with some ownership of the workflow and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience or entry-level with demonstrated skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to packaging, scan, and assemble into bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty if scanning issues occur.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other workflow areas.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock organization; support cycle counts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies for dispensing medications.
