Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I for our Birmingham, Alabama location. You will support pharmacists by preparing prescriptions, labeling, and packaging medication for delivery, while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with state regulations. A high school diploma or GED and pharmacy tech credentials are required, with national certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/registration required by state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• 1+ year related experience or equivalent skills.
• Basic computer skills and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling inventory.
• Apply labels and assemble packaging for delivery to customers.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any scanning issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness of work area.
• Adhere to laws and policies governing dispensing of medications.
