Job summary

Personalized Skin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician, Fulfillment to process and ship compounded medications. You’ll work under pharmacist supervision to ensure accuracy, label containers, and maintain the fulfillment area, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes daytime hours, weekend work as needed, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced mail-order environment. Prior experience in non-sterile compounding is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks from multiple sources.
• Strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Must exhibit sense of urgency and initiative while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all compounded medication is accurately packed and shipped to patients.
• Follows USP 800/795 and Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Generates labels and shipping documents under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintains inventory and keeps fulfillment area clean and organized.
• Interacts professionally with pharmacists and other staff.
