Qualifications

• Active PA Pharmacist license required; licensure in other states may be required.
• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations and dispensing standards.
• Experience overseeing pharmacy operations and fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, third-party billing, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and fulfillment personnel during assigned shifts.
• Review, prepare, document, and dispense prescription orders in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor compounding and dispensing activities for proper technique and patient safety.
• Review patient medication histories, develop care plans, and monitor therapeutic outcomes.
• Counsel patients on prescription medications, OTC products, and supplements.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, nurses, and internal teams to ensure prescription accuracy.
• Support fulfillment, shipping and handling per SOPs.
