Job summary

Walden Local Meat Co. is seeking a Picker Packer to join our Fulfillment team in Tewksbury, MA.

You will work on a team-based packing line in a refrigerated room (40-45F), following an electronic pick sheet, packing pre-packaged meat into coolers, and performing regular quality checks to ensure our members receive high-quality monthly deliveries. This full-time, hourly role offers training on warehouse operations, PPE, and opportunities for advancement as we grow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on a team-based packing line.
• Experience with PPE in a refrigerated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack pre-packaged meat into reusable coolers on a team-based line.
• Follow an electronic pick sheet to select meat portions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure high quality deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with general warehouse duties.
• Cross-train with other departments to gain skills.
