Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a dependable production associate for our Olive Branch, MS location. You will unpack, sort, and organize items to match work orders, prepare items and documentation, and inspect quality at checkpoints.

You’ll package finished goods, stage them for the next step, and rotate through tasks while keeping your station clean. Regular 7:00 AM–3:45 PM shifts include overtime and occasional weekends to meet targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort products, then organize and fold to match work orders.
• Prepare items and documentation exactly as instructed for downstream teams.
• Inspect for quality and accuracy at checkpoints to catch issues early.
• Package finished items and stage them for the next process step.
• Rotate through repetitive tasks, stay focused and efficient, keep area clean and organized.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets; follow supervisor directions and safety procedures.
• Be flexible for overtime and weekend work as production demands.
