IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• This role is based on-site in Hudson, New Hampshire where we opened a brand new Factory.

• Our compensation strategy combines robust market data for companies our size and an innovative bonus program.
• We have the Weekday Shift 1 open Tuesday through Friday (4-10 hour shifts) 5:30 PM - 5:30 PM.

YOUR OBJECTIVE:
You are responsible for picking and packing product in preparation to be shipped to Life is Good customers. In this role, you may also assist in processing and shipping finished orders.

YOUR ROLE:

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Selecting items from storage locations based on order specifications and quantity requirements.
• Order Packing and Shipping: Ensuring that picked items are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipping.
• Quality Control: Conducting inspections of items to verify their quality, condition, and accuracy against order specifications.
• Safety and Equipment Operation: Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Other Duties:

• Follow any special instructions from designated lead and shift supervisor for customer orders.
• Maintain general neatness of workstations.
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies to the designated lead and Shift Supervisor.
• Attend daily start of shift meetings for assignments.
• Cross-train in other areas to assist during peak periods.
• Assist with bi-annual cycle counts as needed.
• Willing to work occasional overtime during busy times.

Requirements:

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• You speak and write basic English.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling are continuously required activities of this position. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30-50 pounds frequently and use a stair ladder for retrieving overstock items is required.
