• We have the Weekday Shift 1 open Tuesday through Friday (4 10‑hour shifts) 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Your Objective

You are responsible for picking and packing product in preparation to be shipped to Life is Good customers. In this role, you may also assist in processing and shipping finished orders.

Your Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Select items from storage locations based on order specifications and quantity requirements, including using an RF scan gun.
• Order Packing and Shipping: Ensure that picked items are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipping.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections of items to verify quality, condition, and accuracy against order specifications.
• Safety and Equipment Operation: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and use equipment safely.

• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet order deadlines.

Other Duties

• Precisely follow any special instructions given by designated lead and shift supervisor for customer orders.
• Maintain general neatness of workstations and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
• Communicate any inventory level discrepancies and out‑of‑ordinary issues to the designated lead and shift supervisor.
• Attend daily start‑of‑shift meeting for daily assignments.
• Cross‑train in other areas to assist during peak periods.
• Assist with bi‑annual cycle counts as needed.
• Be willing to work occasional overtime during busy times.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• You speak and write basic English.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling are continuously required activities of this position. Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects up to 30‑50 pounds frequently and use a stair ladder to retrieve overstock items is required.
