Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Analyst to support the Supply Chain team with order management, event execution, and reporting.

You will partner with Home Depot as primary customer, drive in-stock performance, coordinate order creation to shipment, monitor shipments, and maintain key performance reports, while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of industry related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability; strong attention to detail.
• Effective project management skills and team leadership skills.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrate statistical, analytical, and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to develop and manage metrics that drive performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work on a fast paced, high-energy team.
• Ability to work in a process driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines.

• Leads the order processing and customer collaboration efforts to align order fulfillment with the customer operations expectations.
• Manage all The Home Depot’s order creation to shipment.
• Monitor shipments and sales to the Home Depot.
• Coordinates with TTI Asia OPD, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and THD IPR teams.
• Maintain reports critical to business function, including Out of Stocks, Cycle Time, and service level performance.
• End-to-End Process Control and Continuous Improvement.

Job description

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Customer Fulfillment Analyst that assists with maintaining all operational aspects in support of the Supply Chain team. This would include order management, event execution and management, communication between THD IPRs and the Supply Chain team, compliance management, and reporting.

Scope

This position will encompass all Home Depot orders and operational collaboration needed to support company sales while meeting service level targets. The Customer Fulfillment Team works closely with multiple associates across business functions to ensure expectations are clearly defined, including:

• Sales managers, supply planning, and demand planners to capture best collaborative forecast.
• Customers to align retail sales expectations, assist with the efficiency of outbound shipments, and address opportunities.
• Distribution to ensure orders are shipping timely and promotional event expectations are communicated. Sales & inventory alignment is critical with Distribution capacity planning.
