Job summary

The AMES Companies' Carlisle, PA eCommerce center is hiring a Fulfillment Operator 2. You will perform order picking, pallet replenishments, loading, unloading, and put-away to ensure timely shipment and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining RF scanning accuracy, keeping the area clean and safe, and adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies. Must pass lift certifications and RF tech experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pass and maintain industrial lift certifications (Cherry Picker, Turret Truck, Reach Truck, Pacer, Walkie Rider).
• RF scanning device experience or related experience/ training.
• Ability to perform simple math and read basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Order picking, full pallet replenishments, product moves, loading, unloading, and put away.
• Maintain PIT certifications and operate RF scanning devices with accuracy.
• Report quality and inventory variances to leads or supervisors.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean, orderly, and compliant with safety policies.
• Support customer service goals and meet KPIs; follow OSHA procedures.
