Job summary

James Hardie in Jeffersonville, OH is seeking a Fulfillment Operator III. The role focuses on safe, accurate picking and loading of outbound orders, operating a forklift, and maintaining paperwork in a fast-paced 24/7 facility.

The position is Monday–Friday, with a 6:45 AM–3:00 PM schedule and an hourly rate of $21.50. A $3,000 bonus program is available with milestones at 3 and 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to work within company values.
• Must be able to operate industrial saw and be mechanically inclined.
• Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of web-based shipping programs and familiarity with shipping terminology is strongly preferred.
• Forklift/Stand-up certification or ability to be trained on the job.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong reading, mathematical and comprehension skills.
• Ability to operate RF Scanner and basic computer skills for DSI program.
• Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to safely load outbound shipments and unload inbound receivables.
• Maintain paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments and generate packing lists.
• Perform order picking and create BOL/Packing lists with computer-based applications.
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse and loading areas using 6S.
• Contribute to safe, accurate, damage-free picking and loading of orders.
• Perform additional duties as needed by supervision.
