Job summary

Turning Point for God in San Diego, CA seeks a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 3-7 to ensure timely domestic orders from the TPFC, coordinate shipping, receiving, and transfers, and support international shipments with our 3PL partners.

The role emphasizes good stewardship, safety, and process improvement, with non-exempt, full-time status. You will report to the Fulfillment and Inventory Manager and work across departments to meet monthly package fulfillment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in supervisory leadership or order fulfillment/inventory oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fulfillment Specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise picking, packing, and shipping for TPFC orders.
• Prioritize order fulfillment and maintain a safe, organized floor.
• Oversee movements of large orders, pallets and inventory.
• Review performance and coach team members as needed.
• Coordinate with 3PLs for international shipments and internal orders.
