Job summary

JotForm Inc in Utah is seeking motivated individuals to join our Operations Team (Freight / Internet Fulfillment). You will help keep store and online fulfillment operations running smoothly by supporting freight and online orders, with a focus on inventory accuracy and efficient handling of shipments.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with inventory systems and warehouse technology while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work most weekends and major sale events.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and maintain inventory records.
• Organize merchandise and maintain storage locations.
• Replenish the sales floor and prepare online customer orders for shipment.
• Track outgoing shipments and assist with order issues, returns, and discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe fulfillment areas.
