Millennium Print Group, based in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This hands-on leadership role drives accuracy, efficiency, and safe, timely customer shipments worldwide.

You will lead a team, coach staff, ensure material receipt accuracy, and collaborate with management to resolve issues while maintaining quality standards and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Leads daily fulfillment, shipping, receiving and warehouse activities.
• Strong leadership and team development required.
• Experience in logistics/manufacturing/shipping environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Ensure incoming materials are inspected and received accurately.
• Verify outbound shipments meet customer specs and delivery requirements.
• Monitor workflow and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with supervision to resolve issues.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Support training and onboarding of staff.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote safety and quality compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
