Job summary

Eggs Unlimited is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Irvine, CA team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction while gaining exposure to our egg products and processes.

Based in Irvine, CA, the role may require occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accurate order entry and close collaboration with production and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Experience with data entry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in using Excel: Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming EDI/manual orders to fulfillment and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter orders accurately and promptly.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct as needed.
• Monitor inventory and projections on need.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Process customer orders and manage order entry in the system.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of egg products, types, sizes, packaging, and storage requirements.
• Investigate and resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams for seamless service.

Job Summary

Eggs Unlimited is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a strong understanding of our products and processes. Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is highly desired.

The position is 100% based in our Irvine, CA office and may require occasional overtime/weekend and holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
• Monitor inventory and projections on need.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Process customer orders and manage order entry in the system.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our egg products, including types, sizes, packaging, and storage requirements.
• Investigate and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Experience with data entry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in using Excel: Pivot tables & VLookup and other formulas
• Requires in‑person work Monday - Friday. Based out of Irvine, CA. Overtime hours are expected. Requires coverage for every other weekend and alternate holidays.
