Lily & Fox is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate in Arlington Heights, IL to help deliver a quality product experience. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and collaborate with QC, Engineering, Design, and Customer Happiness teams globally.

You’ll participate in scheduling, maintain accuracy, and communicate with the Australian team to coordinate shipments, all while growing leadership skills in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Basic math skills and office computer skills

Responsibilities
