Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring a Fulfillment Material Handler for our Rogers, MN facility. You will accurately pick/pack orders, operate forklifts and reach trucks, and move products through the warehouse.

You will use warehouse management systems to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy, while following safety and quality procedures. The role supports a busy distribution operation with daytime hours, Monday–Friday, in Rogers, MN.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift and reach truck experience required.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Material Handlers to join a growing team in Rogers, MN. This position supports a busy pet food distribution operation and is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory movement, and warehouse support.
