Job summary

Mountain Medical Supply is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to lead staff and administrative duties for inventory order processing, product delivery, and fleet management in Idaho Falls, ID. The role focuses on accurate fulfillment, customer service, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have DME experience, familiarity with Brightree or similar ERP/WMS systems, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage schedules and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) is required.
• Experience with Brightree or other ERP/WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to manage staff, scheduling deliveries, and managing delivery/service vehicles.
• Excellent communication with clients.
• Valid driving record.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to delegate troubleshooting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fulfillment staff and fulfillment operations, including daily deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory stock, place stock re-orders, and process “from inventory” client medical supplies/equipment sales orders through Brightree software system.
• Manage the delivery and set up of durable medical equipment in client homes.
• Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and service requests.
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Manage product returns and the cleaning and sanitization process of returned equipment.
• Manage the maintenance, cleaning, and operation of delivery vehicles.

Mountain Medical Supply is looking for a strong FulfillmentManager to manage both the staff and administrative functions of pull from inventory order processing, product delivery, inventory control, and fleet management. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing candidate with our shared values to become a member of our team. This is an office position located in Idaho Falls, ID. Typical workdays and hours are M-F from9am to 5pm with the occasional after-hours/weekend delivery.

• Manage day-to-day fulfillment staff and fulfillment operations, including daily deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory stock, place stock re-orders, and process “from inventory” client medical supplies/equipment sales orders through Brightree software system.
• Manage the delivery and set up of durable medical equipment in client homes.
• Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and service requests.

• Great communication skills and disposition with clients
• Good driving record
• Competency with computers and using Microsoft applications is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and delegate troubleshooting issues to the appropriate team member.
