Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Mailroom Operator for our Fort Wayne facility. You will operate high volume envelope inserter equipment, keep the work area organized, and process a large daily mail throughput.

You will maintain logs, perform quality checks, and deliver mail to the local post office. This role requires attention to detail, good computer and writing skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate mailroom equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent, machine experience a plus

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Open-plan work area

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
• Will be standing on your feet most of the day
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
• This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
• Will be lifting, carrying production stock, supplies, using a pallet jack
