Job summary

Hub Group is seeking an experienced Manager for Consolidation & Fulfillment Operations to oversee production, warehouse and transportation activities. You will lead staff, direct production, and partner with management to hit cost, productivity and service targets.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent systems skills, and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree with 5+ years in production/warehouse/logistics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• 3PL, warehousing and logistics management experience.
• Strong supervision and leadership abilities.
• Must have excellent systems skills and ability to use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize staff and direct production/warehouse/transportation activities.
• Select, train, and motivate workforce to meet objectives.
• Assist GM in establishing warehouse/manufacturing performance targets.
• Accountable for cost, productivity, customer service, and profit goals.
• Supervise team leads, production staff, warehouse workers and customer service reps.
